Certain products may be available only at specific locations, events, or times. Displaying an item on the website does not guarantee that it will be available when you visit or place an order.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions and images. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, presentation, portion size, or packaging.
If pricing or product information is posted incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or modify an affected order as permitted by applicable law.
3. Food Allergies and Dietary Information
TAPS Creamery products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and other ingredients.

4. Online Orders and Purchases
When online ordering is available, all orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment authorization.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, service fees, delivery charges, or third-party processing fees may be added during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, pickup, and payment information. TAPS Creamery is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or other problems resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a customer.
An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, operational limitations, severe weather, event changes, or other reasonable circumstances.
5. Cancellations, Refunds and Product Concerns
Because many TAPS Creamery products are fresh, frozen, customized, or perishable, completed food and beverage sales are generally final unless:
- The customer received the wrong item
- The order was not fulfilled as agreed
- The product was materially defective or unsuitable when provided
- A refund is otherwise required by law
Any concern should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably on the same day the product was received. We may request an order confirmation, photographs, receipt, or other information needed to review the concern.
Approved refunds, replacements, or account credits are provided at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Orders placed through a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s cancellation and refund policies.
6. Catering, Events and Booking Requests
Submitting a catering, event, food-truck, or private-booking inquiry through the website does not create a confirmed reservation or binding agreement.
A booking is confirmed only after TAPS Creamery has:
- Accepted the requested date and services
- Provided any required written agreement or confirmation
- Received any required deposit or payment
Additional terms—including deposits, minimum purchases, travel charges, service fees, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling rules, weather policies, and event requirements—may apply to individual bookings. Those specific written terms will control if they conflict with these general website Terms.
Event schedules and food-truck locations may change because of weather, venue decisions, mechanical issues, product availability, staffing, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should confirm current scheduling information before traveling to a location or event.
7. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards, discount codes, giveaways, loyalty offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional rules, restrictions, expiration provisions, or eligibility requirements presented at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Discounts have no cash value
- Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Offers are subject to availability
- Suspected misuse, fraud, or duplication may result in cancellation
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or improperly used gift cards may not be replaced unless proof of purchase and sufficient identifying information are available.
8. Email Communications
You may have the option to provide your email address to receive news, promotions, schedules, announcements, or other communications from TAPS Creamery.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Even after unsubscribing from promotional communications, you may still receive transactional or service-related messages connected to an order, inquiry, or booking.
You agree that the information you provide through our forms will be accurate and that you have permission to provide it.
9. User Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, message, suggestion, or other material to TAPS Creamery, you represent that:
